What we collectالبيانات التي نجمعها

When you order: your name, email, WhatsApp number and shipping address.

When you sign up: your email address and language.

When you browse: technical data such as device, pages viewed and how you arrived, through cookies and similar tools (see below).

We never see or store your full card details. Payments are handled by Whop and, if you choose them, Tabby or Tamara.

To process and deliver your order, send order updates and tracking on WhatsApp, answer your questions, handle returns, and, if you signed up, send news and offers by email. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Who we share it withمع من نشاركها

Only with the services that make the store work: Whop (checkout and payments), Tabby and Tamara (if you pay in instalments), our supplier and couriers (to ship your order), SendFlow (to send WhatsApp messages), and Cloudflare (hosting). We do not sell your data.

We use advertising pixels from Meta, TikTok and Snapchat to measure our ads and show them to people likely to be interested. They may use cookies and receive information about your visit and purchase, including hashed (scrambled) email and phone where available. You can limit this in your browser settings and in each platform's ad settings.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or to stop marketing messages, by emailing hello@sonlum.com or messaging us on WhatsApp. We keep order records as long as needed for delivery, returns, and accounting and legal obligations.
